I loved the clean and spacious rooms of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of Chinese and Western food. The staff was extremely helpful and some could speak English. The hotel's location was nice, close to a small Xinjiang restaurant and quite close to the city center.
Nothing was wrong with the hotel.

reasonable base for city break in ningbo. there was a pool. no complaints with the hotel.

Staff were EFFICIENT, as I could only expect. The room was so good sized. Fuming Road subway stop is within walking distance the place, some 5 minutes on foot. Parking was nearby.

the hotel has a good location - it is quite close to the city center and a small Xinjinang restaurant. the hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the bathroom was in good condition with hot and cold water facilities. the breakfast buffet had a decent range of Chinese and western dishes, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The WiFi was a bit slow and unreliable, which was a minor inconvenience.

The location was key for my Xmas trip. the view from my room was amazing and the holiday decorations were nice. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I also appreciated the mini, fridge and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.
The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and not very tasty food. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and there were some language barriers.

Located centrally, the hotel was an ideal base for my city trip with excellent transport links. The staff were friendly and readily available. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a mini-fridge in the room. The buffet breakfast offered a big range of Chinese food and some western-style dishes.
The wifi network was very slow and unreliable. Some of the dishes and cups were chipped, which was offputting.
